– 1x Bloodwrack Medusa(supplied with a Citadel 40mm Round Base)
– 5x Melusai Blood Stalkers these models can also be assembled as Melusai Blood Sisters (each supplied with a Citadel 40mm Round Base)

Or

– 1x Bloodwrack Shrine(supplied with a Citadel Large Oval Base)
– 1x Hag Queen(supplied with a Citadel 25mm Round Base)
– 1x Slaughter Queen on foot(supplied with a Citadel 25mm Round Base)
– 1x Avatar of Khaine(supplied with a Citadel 40mm Round Base)
– 5x Melusai Blood Stalkers these models can also be assembled as Melusai Blood Sisters (each supplied with a Citadel 40mm Round Base)
