Lamp’s Light is a seasonally rotating series of fruity, floral, and bright single-origins we find from across the globe. For our initial offering, we have a naturally processed melange of heirloom varietals from Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia.

Ingredients:Organic coffee.

If brewing by hand or using a drip machine, start with a 1:16 coffee-to- water mass ratio. If lacking a scale, use about 3 tbsp of ground coffee for every 8 fl. oz. of coffee you want to brew. Decadent and sweet, this brew is best enjoyed with a fluffy breakfast pastry, or a cozy afternoon game in your comfiest chair.
